Your Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will assist clients throughout the entire process of consignment preparation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating and overseeing client activities to ensure compliance with established company policies.
  • Monitoring live network operations to adhere to agreed pricing structures.
  • Collaborating with various departments to maximize client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing client consignment orders through various channels, including email and online platforms, ensuring accurate routing and service classification.
  • Managing the approval process for consignments heading to non-EU destinations.
  • Providing clients with ongoing status updates and necessary follow-ups regarding their consignments.
  • Monitoring and responding to client emails through shared mailboxes.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Calculating and arranging appropriate temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
  • Tracking consignments and updating clients on their status throughout transit.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Thorough understanding of courier and freight operations, including import/export and transportation.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with temperature-controlled packaging solutions available in the market.
  • Knowledge of specific regulations regarding the import and export of pharmaceutical products.
  • Awareness of time zones and transit milestones.
  • Able to perform under pressure and maintain flexibility in work hours.
