About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Solus Accident Repair Centres team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and improve our services.

• Collaborate with our colleagues to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and efficient service, from initial contact to completion.

Requirements

• A strong customer-focused background, with experience in providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• A clean full UK driving licence and the ability to drive all types of customer vehicles.

• PC literate and proficient in using a range of software applications.
