As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage student applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the wider recruitment and marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with curriculum and support departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of college programs and services to provide informed advice to prospective students.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
