About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our 12-bed CAMHS service, supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting positive outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide mentorship and support, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes or concerns.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support others.
  • Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
