As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting positive teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Support and mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes in service users.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
- Positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support others.
- Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
