About the Role
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our 12-bed CAMHS service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and promote positive outcomes.
- Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and service users.
- High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and upholding evidence-based practice.
