- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support young people
- Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice
