About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Podiatric Practitioner to join our team at South West Podiatry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of our clinic and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, resource allocation, and clinic flow to maximize efficiency.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Clinical Expertise: Manage and deliver expert non-MSK podiatric care, including nail surgery and the treatment of complex foot and lower limb conditions, ensuring effective interventions.
  • Team Management: Mentor and support the team, fostering a learning environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Business Development: Support the financial sustainability of the clinic by managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £43,000 base salary + individual performance commission + company team bonus schemes.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Advanced Podiatric Practitioner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and leading teams, interpreting service level data, and using it to inform proactive decision making to develop the service. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical governance, safety, and quality standards, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
