We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Helpdesk and Planning Coordinator to join our team at Mane Contract Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests.
- Work closely with our GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
- Effectively sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on their skills, location, and service delivery arrangements.
- Prioritize urgent jobs and plan and dispatch support to address urgent demand.
- Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Understanding of FM business principles or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and telephone manner skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
