Helpdesk and Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Helpdesk and Planning Coordinator to join our team at Mane Contract Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests.
  2. Work closely with our GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
  3. Effectively sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on their skills, location, and service delivery arrangements.
  4. Prioritize urgent jobs and plan and dispatch support to address urgent demand.
  5. Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.
Required Skills:
  1. Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  2. Understanding of FM business principles or a willingness to learn.
  3. Strong communication and telephone manner skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
