Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Clinical Practitioner, Mental Health Specialist, or Occupational Therapist to contribute their expertise to our multidisciplinary team and share their knowledge in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide clinical leadership and act as a Care Programme Coordinator (CPA) for individuals with complex mental health needs. Your role will involve undertaking assessments and delivering structured therapeutic interventions to support recovery, adhering to a trauma-informed framework that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.

You will work closely with individuals who have complex mental health problems, including those with personality disorders and those on the autistic spectrum. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing treatment programs and interventions that promote recovery and well-being.

Requirements
  • Achieved grades or relevant NMC qualification
