About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking an exceptional Medical Director to lead our clinical team at Cygnet Hospital Sherwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the hospital's clinical operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and high-quality care
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient care and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- Full GMC registration with a relevant medical qualification
- Proven leadership and clinical expertise in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
