About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking an exceptional Medical Director to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Sherwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to promote best practice.

Requirements
- Fully GMC registered with a relevant medical qualification.
- An accomplished leader and clinician with strong line management and communication skills.
- Experience within a mental health setting and a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of clinical governance.
- Skilled in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation, and case management.
