About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Medical Director to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Sherwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team and ensure optimal clinical outcomes for patients
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to colleagues

Requirements
- Fully GMC registered with a relevant medical qualification

- Experience within a mental health setting and a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of clinical governance
- Skilled in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation, and case management
