About Randstad Care:

We are delighted to work with the 14+ Leaving Care team in Northumberland to recruit an experienced and passionate Social Worker.

This role focuses on supporting young people transitioning from care into independence, helping them build the skills and resilience they need for their future.

Job Responsibilities:

As a 14+ Leaving Care Social Worker, you will work closely with the team to provide support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is passionate about supporting young people in transition. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of care leavers and be able to provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
