Group Financial Analyst

NCC Group is seeking a skilled Group Management Accountant to contribute to our dynamic finance team in a hybrid work environment.
As a vital member of the Group Finance department, you will play a crucial role in preparing consolidated financial statements and providing support to various areas within Group Finance and the wider organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors.
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK subsidiaries.
- Provide assistance with year-end and interim audits.
- Manage accounting for share-based payments in accordance with IFRS 2.
- Develop processes for management recharges and inter-group transactions.
- Prepare the Group consolidation and maintain consolidation journals.
- Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the consolidation process.
- Assist in reconciling inter-group balances and implementing inter-Group invoicing procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and optimize the utilization of ERP and Microsoft Office products.
- Develop Workday-based group consolidation and provide financial support to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a strong foundation in technical accounting principles.
- Comfortable working within a large company environment, possessing strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate effective relationships internally.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
