As a key member of the ID Reconciliation team, you will:

  • Perform accurate reconciliations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Reconcile and complete ID client sales ledgers within 5 working days of receipt or 48 hours for priority cases.
  • Inform the client manager and line manager of significant reconciliation differences, adverse credit ratings, or unusual circumstances.
  • Apply a risk-based focus to client reconciliation and deal with invoice discounting client queries.
  • Possess some accounts/reconciliation experience, with a background in financial services or a similar regulated industry.
