Job Description

Job Title: Loan Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Analyst to join our client's team in Manchester, UK. As a Loan Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Background in private debt and broadly syndicated loan processing
  • Experience in syndicated loan-specific cash reconciliation and/or position reconciliation
