About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor L4 to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited. As a Technical Instructor L4, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our customer service engineers and customers on SPTS transport systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for SPTS transport systems, including face-to-face and online training
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, instructor guides, and student guides
  • Collaborate with the multimedia team to create engaging online training courses and AR/VR applications
  • Provide first-level support to field engineers and customers, and work with the Technical Support team to resolve complex issues
  • Conduct regular training tool PMs and identify any tool health issues, proposing PoAs and working with Technical Support to recover tools
  • Work with the Technical Support team to standardize solutions and ensure knowledge is captured appropriately

Requirements

  • Education to degree level (BA/BSc)
  • Experience of semi-conductor vacuum equipment
  • Proficient in instructional techniques and design
