Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
- Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner
- Update CRM with relevant email correspondence, client details, and documents
- Construct mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings
- Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline
- Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their mortgage application and demonstrating empathy when needed
Requirements:
- Experience in estate agency, mortgage advisory, or a related field
- Understanding of the mortgage process
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bubbly personality and a quick learner
- Commitment to a career, not just a job
