Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while supporting a team of engineers in their professional and personal development.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs and provide solutions to support the development of our engineers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the existing Customer Service Manager and other members of the senior leadership team to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements
