North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is looking for a compassionate and skilled Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. This team plays a vital role in providing immediate support and intervention to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of those in crisis.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and psychiatrists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior practitioners, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of care processes within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
