Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Band 6

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within the Mental Health Liaison Team based at the Harplands Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and supervision to others in the caring process.
  • Assist in setting and maintaining standards of care.
  • Participate in effective management of the team and unit.
  • Maintain effective integration with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Facilitate a collaborative approach to patient-focused care.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist.
  • Post-registration experience to post-graduate diploma or Master's level.
