We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team at The Fish, a 4 AA Red Star hotel in the Cotswolds. As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in leading our team to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. You will have experience in managing a team in a high-quality food and drink setting and be confident in your ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of just under £34,000 per year, meals on duty, and an allowance towards your work outfits. We also offer a range of excellent benefits, including:
