As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in leading our team to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. You will have experience in managing a team in a high-quality food and drink setting and be confident in your ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
