Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Farncombe Estate in the Cotswolds. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our mission of providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that showcase our commitment to quality and sustainability.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-quality food and drink setting.
  • Confidence in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Own transport, as our location is rural.
