Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Farncombe Estate in the Cotswolds. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our mission of providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food and drink offerings.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
