Project Manager - Change Portfolio

Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of various projects across our change portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of projects to our customers, with a focus on predictable revenue forecasting and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences.
  • Develop and track project governance and reporting, with a focus on delivering projects to time, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with sales, service delivery, product development, onboarding, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Provide revenue predictability through accurate forecasting and regular reporting on customer implementation schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance project management and customer rollout efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager delivering a range of projects, including customer-facing and compliance-driven projects.
  • Hands-on Project Management experience delivering within a start-up-like environment, dealing with ambiguity.
  • Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence experience is a bonus.
