Job Title: Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Remy Cointreau. As a key member of our UK-wide Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the L'OR brand strategy, delivering innovation and renovation projects, and supporting in-store activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute L'OR brand activations across TV, social, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
  2. Work closely with external creative, shopper, and media agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
  3. Champion the L'OR brand and category, collaborating with local and global stakeholders.
  4. Support the Brand Manager(s)/Category Manager on range/portfolio management, including innovation and renovation projects.
  5. Track and analyze brand and portfolio performance, and develop course correction plans.
  6. Collaborate with Shopper Marketing & Category Management JDE teams to ensure exceptional brand activation in-store and on shelf.
  7. Manage the local marketing budget, tracking and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Requirements:

  1. Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  2. Experience developing and executing digital and shopper communications across social media, websites, and digital touchpoints.
  3. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships and collaboration.

Education:

  1. Educated to degree level - Marketing/Business/Management desirable.
