Secure Permanent Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and proactive Team Manager / Planner to join our existing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and managing the day-to-day work for our Reinstatement Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage the day-to-day work for Reinstatement Teams
  • Liaise with teams and clients throughout the day
  • Deal with and resolve daily problems
  • Control and manage profit and loss of your area

Requirements:

  • Cat B driving licence as a minimum
  • Excellent management skills
  • Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities
  • Solid Math competences
  • Good memory and organisational aptitudes

About the Company

Our client is a successful Reinstatement Company who have been established for over 30 years. They cover the South & South West of England working for all the major utility companies. They now have a team of 90 dedicated employees, who possess a wealth of knowledge which enables them to provide their clients with outstanding customer service.
