Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance staff in the upkeep of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance staff in the upkeep of outdoor spaces
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and control costs associated with maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
