The Position

As a senior educator, you will collaborate within a curriculum team, contributing to the delivery, planning, development, and support of students. You will instruct English GCSE and Functional Skills, catering to both full-time and part-time learners. Your commitment to excellence will ensure the highest standards of teaching. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of attendance and achievement in your courses, along with managing all administrative duties associated with your classes.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess a minimum Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant subject area, along with a recognized teaching qualification (or the willingness to obtain one within two years of employment).

Experience in teaching within a further education context and working with adult learners is preferred.
