The Position

As an educator, you will join a curriculum team, actively participating in the delivery, planning, development, and support of students. Your responsibilities will include teaching English GCSE and Functional Skills to both full-time and part-time learners. A commitment to excellence is essential, as you will be expected to uphold the highest standards in teaching. Additionally, you will take ownership of maintaining high attendance and achievement levels in your classes, along with managing all related administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject area, along with a recognized teaching qualification (or the willingness to obtain one within two years of appointment).

Experience in a further education setting and working with adult learners (19+) is preferred.
