We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Data team at Laing O'Rourke. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting data requirements for our Clients & Markets team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business intelligence systems, processes, and data to drive informed decision-making.
- Manipulate and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure data is accurately tracked and reported.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using PowerBI and other tools.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
- Participate in strategic discussions and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with Clients & Markets stakeholders to analyze and present data that drives business decisions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data standards and best practices.
- Strong data visualization skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and experience with data manipulation.
- Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance degree with a Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
