About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager in Penzance. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business
  • Coach a team to deliver the highest standards of customer service
  • Nurture great relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering expert advice
  • Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to stay safe policies and procedures
  • Be commercially aware and support the Branch Manager in managing the branch's finances
