About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at our Penzance branch. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice to maximize sales.
  • Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to our stay safe policies and procedures.
  • Be commercially aware and support the Branch Manager in managing the branch's finances and resources.

Highly adaptable, resilient, and tenacious with high levels of energy and drive, you should thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
