Travis Perkins seeks a dynamic Regional Director to lead our Devon and Cornwall branches, driving profitable growth and shaping the future of our merchanting operations in this region.

Reporting directly to Josie Crowe, Managing Director for the South East, South West & Benchmarx, you will assume full P&L responsibility for all Travis Perkins branches within your patch. This includes collaborating with Managed Services, Hire & Benchmarx teams to foster a cohesive and successful business ecosystem.

As Regional Director, you'll directly manage a team of approximately 14 Branch Managers while indirectly influencing the performance of all teams across the sub-region. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of operational excellence, safety, and customer-centricity.
