Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at our Penzance branch. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.
- Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of the branch's business plan and strategy.
