Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our exterior lighting solutions
  • Collaborate with our regional sales managers and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of our products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain our market position
Requirements
  • Proven track record of business development in the exterior lighting industry
  • Experience working with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full and clean driving license
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
