Residential Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our client, a leading Property solutions group with multiple offices across the UK. The successful candidate will be based in one of our offices in London, Bristol/Bath, or Southampton/Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and visits to properties
  • Undertake mortgage and other valuations, including matrimonial and probate valuations
  • Perform Level 2 (Homebuyers) and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys
  • Produce detailed reports using software and free text reports
Requirements:
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Experience in producing mortgage valuations, Red Book valuations, RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, development appraisals, and party wall awards
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
