Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential surveying, working with our experienced team of surveyors and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of residential valuation reports
  • Conduct site visits and gather data for valuation purposes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of residential property market trends and conditions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
