Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced surveyors and gain hands-on experience in residential valuation and property risk services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of residential property market trends and valuation methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to achieve AssocRICS qualification

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
