Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Protection Advisor to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings to discuss protection needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Communicate complex protection products in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients understand their options.
  • Provide written recommendations and reports to clients, outlining the best protection solutions for their needs.
  • Replace or recommend amendments to existing protection policies, providing detailed explanations of changes.
  • Quote and explain protection options for personal and family protection, ensuring clients understand the benefits and risks.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of protection products.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,500 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week working from home.
