About the Role:

  • Conduct client appointments in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner, providing personalized advice and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex protection products in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Provide written recommendations outlining the best advice for clients' needs, following a comprehensive fact-finding process.
  • Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, documenting reports to explain changes to cover.
  • Offer quotations for personal and family protection, explaining recommendations in a way that clients can understand.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,500, plus uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days spent working from home.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare and buy/sell holiday.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
