We are seeking a skilled Protection Advisor to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultations: Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner to understand their protection needs.
- Product Explanation: Communicate clearly with clients and explain protection products in a relatable and exact manner, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Recommendations: Provide written recommendations confirming the best advice to suit the client's needs following a comprehensive fact find.
- Policy Amendments: Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing documented reports to fully explain changes to cover.
- Quotations: Provide quotations for personal and family protection and explain recommendations at a level the client understands or requires.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in a protection or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of protection products.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,500.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days working from home.
- Free parking.
