About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Protection Advisor to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment. As a reputable Mortgage Advice firm in Southampton, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client appointments in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Communicate complex protection products in a clear and relatable manner, providing written recommendations that meet clients' needs.
  • Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing detailed reports to explain changes to cover.
  • Provide quotations for personal and family protection, explaining recommendations in a way that clients understand.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,500, plus uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days spent working from home.
  • A comprehensive training program to support the development of our Protection Advisors.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in a protection or financial services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
