As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and care professionals in the delivery of complex care services to individuals with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and cerebral palsy.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care services.
- Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all care services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs and expectations of service users.
- Team Management: Manage and support a team of nurses and care professionals, providing regular supervision, competency assessments, and appraisals.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with statutory, mandatory, and contractual requirements.
- Professional Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid registration and no restrictions.
- Experience: Proven experience of working in community care, with a strong understanding of complex care services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of working in the community, with experience of spinal injury, acquired brain injuries, and cerebral palsy.
