Next Steps is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will oversee support staff and ensure top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinically assess and review residents to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide direct care and medications to residents
  • Mentor staff and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Lead the named nurse approach to care planning through monthly audits of care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
