Overview

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Services Supervisor to join our compassionate team. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in nursing or existing managerial positions within healthcare settings.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care and rehabilitation for adult patients facing persistent mental health challenges.

As a skilled Supervisor or current Healthcare Services Manager, you will ensure high-quality clinical oversight and inspire your team to foster a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth. Your leadership will promote teamwork, set clear objectives, and establish priorities for your staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and nurture a highly skilled and motivated workforce through effective management practices. Oversee the efficient management of staffing, budgets, resources, and equipment. Foster collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to the development and implementation of Elysium policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks, while achieving key performance indicators. Manage the implementation of clinical interventions and treatments aimed at enhancing service quality, supported by clinical governance and audits.

Qualifications:

A relevant professional qualification in healthcare. A recognized post-registration qualification with full NMC membership. A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. A strong commitment to innovation and positive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or night shifts required for supervisory duties. Participation in the on-call rota is expected.
