About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management in directing staff to ensure efficient completion of the daily workload
  • Be responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring that targets are met, and deadlines are hit
  • Ensure GXO operational, health and safety procedures and policies are adhered to at all times
  • Monitor and maintain productivity and performance levels as set and agreed with the Manager
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to respond positively to customer, team, colleague, and management requests
  • Ability to bring attention to detail to the role to ensure a high level of accuracy is achieved
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workloads and work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
