Connexa Technology Limited is in search of a dedicated and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to enhance our vibrant team. This position plays a vital role in guaranteeing the efficient functioning of the logistics operations and ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in logistics management, outstanding organizational capabilities, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of products.
  • Guarantee precision in shipments and inventory management.
  • Maintain Master Data on Sage 200.
  • Organize and oversee inventory and storage spaces.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of logistics activities.
  • Manage stock levels, including replenishment requests, device assembly, and reporting.
  • Keep accurate records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to forecast logistics status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather client requirements and act as a liaison between manufacturers and Connexa colleagues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams on a daily basis.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to specific clients, including sales order creation, invoicing, and goods receipt.
  • Process and manage imports and exports, including understanding HMRC Customs Excise documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
  • Provide insights on stock availability and estimated arrival times of goods to clients.
  • Assist sites with logistics challenges related to deliveries.
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries or resolve issues.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Operations Manager.
  • Proficiency in logistics software packages (Sage 200) and MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
  • Hands-on commitment to achieving results.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a start-up or evolving technology environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Composed under pressure with the ability to reprioritize tasks at short notice.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
